In Danish, et løft is a lift and et løfte is a promise. We make one about the other.

Lift means time saved, or more output in the same time, on in-scope workflows, compared with each participant's own baseline. Exact terms are agreed per engagement. Each person sees their own numbers, and management sees results only for groups of five or more.
