Illustrative
A one-team Pilot, week by week.
An example plan. The real one is agreed in the Map phase, around your calendar.
- Week 0Kickoff and notice
Scope and roles agreed with management. Employees are informed in writing, which starts the notice period before any measurement.
- Weeks 1–5Map, during the notice period
Leadership and team interviews, a systems and data inventory, the AI readiness and security check, and the opportunity map. Map ends with the lift target and a measurement plan agreed with management, IT and employee representatives.
- Weeks 6–9Measure
Each employee does a 20-minute AI intake interview, then four weeks of baseline on the targeted workflows: system data where it exists, short structured time samples elsewhere. In parallel, the foundation with IT: platform, permissions, data connections, usage policy and cost controls.
- Weeks 10–15Build
Personal setups and 1:1 build sessions. Everyone leaves with a working setup and their first tools in daily use.
- About 60 days after setupMeasure again
The same workflows, measured the same way, over four weeks. Each person sees their own numbers; management sees results for groups of five or more.
- ReadoutResults and next steps
Results against the target, what changed, and the plan for the next team. Part of the fee is invoiced only when the target is met.
Start with one team.
One team. We inform employees first, take baselines, set everyone up and measure again about 60 days later. Same promise, price agreed up front.
